The objective is to design and develop an automated and online quality-control system and the technologies for integrating contactless measurement equipment on the manufacturing line; in addition to developing an automated and intuitive system that enables this type of equipment to be optimised in its new location, adapting to a new type of user with total or partial lack of metrological knowledge.
THE ROLE OF THE INNOVALIA ASSOCIATION
Innovalia is responsible for the development of the quality-control system, in addition to participating in defining the requirements, configuration of the 3-D scanning device, classification of the points of clouds for extracting geometries and validating the case study.
